Active involvement

The partnership mainly deals with pedagogical issues although the final aim of our approach is the teenager regarded not only like a student but as a complex personality assisted in gaining a balanced development during the school years.

Planning

The teamwork from the coordinating school changed emails with the project partners about the main project objectives, work strategies and project results in the last 4 months before the project deadline. As the most of schools involved students in project mobility the participants agreed about the best solution about the organisation of the project meetings.
The project application follows the evolution of the educational system about concerning the most effective teaching methods in the conditions the information is only a small part of the educational process. The students age covering a wide range was a challenge in the study of modern methods of teaching and students’ evaluation for stimulating our students’ creativity and developing a balanced personality of students from different schools and different socio-cultural environments.

Implementation

The improvement of teaching methods will give a particular stress on the contribution of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) as well as foreign languages, these representing the major skills necessary to increase labour-market employability.
The project activities evolution will be analysed during the project meetings in the participating schools, recording the results in reports, checking the balance between the used resources, the fulfilment of the activities, the stage of the project products.
The communication between partners will be ensured by email exchange as well as any other communication means – discussion groups, chat, forum.
Dissemination plan will be followed as it was specified in the project application at local level in the participating schools, in the local communities –departmental schools and in the wider lifelong learning community. The media coverage will help at the dissemination of the project results.

Evaluation

The project activities will be evaluated as follow:

- continuously – on going evaluation, using common templates and reports for all the schools involved in the project stressing the objective achievement and project results.

- mid-term – after the first year of project work, finalised by intermediary reports to the National Agencies

- final – at the project end finalised by final reports to the National Agencies
The coordinator and the participants schools will commonly agree about the common products as well as individual ones, focussing the common work in different educational environments.
