Evaluation

 

The project evaluation will follow the achievement of the objectives, carrying out of the activities and products.

 

Evaluation will be made during the project activities as follows:

  • ongoing
  • mid-term
  • final evaluation.


The ongoing evaluation will provide an efficient feedback for taking proper measures for the fulfillment of the project objectives.


The mid-term evaluation is made by the end of the first school year. The report of the mid-term evaluation will be realized by collecting information from all the partners using questionnaires and common templates.
It will be carry out an evaluation in every school and a common evaluation for all the schools involved in the project using questionnaires and reports. All the reports will particularly stress the project objectives and results, mainly the methods of teaching and innovative evaluation.


The common evaluation is based on the information offered by the project coordinators gathered by the work team members using the same questionnaires and reports templates for collecting information.
Means of evaluation: reports, questionnaires, statistics, discussion during the project meetings.


Indicators of monitoring and evaluation:

 

  • interest of all the members of the schools’ staff in project activities – number of participants to the project activities public organised
  • growth of critical sense of the student – improving their school results
  • modern teaching methods used in the pedagogical process and innovative evaluation – portfolios, multimedia presentations
  • better use of new technologies in educational act – number of lessons whose activities involve use of IT means
  • improvement of the students’ abilities in speaking foreign languages
  • students’ better results in Languages lessons
  • student’s opening towards knowing each other – interest for project exhibitions, participation in extra-curricular activities, emails
  • impact of the project activities in media - number of articles and reportages about the project in media
  • public interest for debates, round tables, exhibitions – number of participants
  • assessing the stages of the project products – reports of the project work teams
