Dissemination and use of results
IQ EQ Origami has the main characteristics of a successful project through its objectives, activities and results based on a solid dissemination plan. The dissemination plan aims the use of the project results, experiences and products by the external and internal public. We targeted the students, teachers and managerial teams from the participating schools as the internal public and the local communities and wider lifelong learning communities as the external public.
The project logo and its graphical identity will contribute to the united impression of the project and the visual impact for the internal and external public.
The dissemination plan will be carried out by using a wide range of communication materials, the direct contact of the participants with the educational public during the project meetings at local and European level as well as media coverage. The timeframe of the media coverage is mainly the beginning and the end of the project as well as the moments when the major results of the project have been made. The responsibilities for the fulfillment of the dissemination plan are distributed to the project team members as well as to the managerial teams of the schools involved in the project.
Dissemination will be done as follow:
- In the participating organizations
Dissemination materials: web site, newsletters, leaflet, posters, reports, articles in the school magazines, project products.
- During the project activities the participants will do their best in order to obtain an efficient visibility and use of the project results in the participant schools.
- Exhibitions containing the project products and panels with images taken during the project activities will be organized in the participant schools.
- At the School Boards meetings it will be presented the results, experiences and activities of the Partnership
- The round tables will be organized involving the school staff interested in the project results.
Dissemination materials: flyers, Power Point presentations with the project activities and the main results, posters, project products, media articles and reportages.
Exhibitions and conferences will be organized at the departmental libraries inviting students and teachers from the departmental schools as well as media journalists and reporters.
Project flyers will be distributed at the departmental meetings of teachers organized in the two school years covered by the project implementation.
- In the wider lifelong learning community
Dissemination materials: articles, newletters, flyers, reports The results, experiences and activities of the Partnership will be disseminated using the information published on the project website. This will be facilitated by the use of the main language of the project, English language. The discussions groups targeting the educational community will be used in order to disseminate the project results at European level.
